About returns and exchanges


About cancellation

We cannot accept cancellations of ordered products after the order has been completed.

When placing an order, please carefully check the product details on the product page and size guide.


About product confirmation

When you receive your ordered product, please be sure to check that there are no scratches or defects on the product and that there are no errors in your order within 7 days.

In addition, please be sure to keep the delivery note, product tag, and label that are included with the product until after confirmation.


If the product is defective or if you receive a product different from what you ordered

In the unlikely event that the delivered product is defective or a different product than what you ordered, we will respond by returning or exchanging the product.

If the product is defective, we will exchange it for the same product if it is in stock, or provide a return or refund if the replacement stock is out of stock.

We will advise you on how to deal with this, so please call us within 7 days of receiving the item or

For products purchased outside of this website, please contact the store where you purchased the product directly.


We will contact you via email as soon as we confirm the defective part regarding the returned product.

If there is no defect as a result of the inspection, we will return the product to you at our shipping cost.


About returns

About exchange

For exchanges due to customer's convenience (the size does not fit, it is different from the image, you made a mistake in your order, etc.), you can exchange the ordered product only within 7 days after receiving the product.

We will advise you on how to deal with this, so please call us within 7 days of receiving the item or

Please note that we cannot accept exchanges in the following cases.


· If there is no request for exchange in advance


· If 8 days have passed since the product arrived


· If the "delivery note/product tag/label" is damaged (cut string, etc.), soiled, or lost.


· If the product has been used, altered, processed, washed, or cleaned.


· If the condition of the product (including the box and accessories) when you return it to us is significantly different from when it was delivered (including the package, box, accessories, and warranty)


· If the product is dirty, scratched, or has a smell (pets, cigarettes, perfume cosmetics, etc.)


· Products that are marked as “not eligible for return” on the sales page, such as sale items or pre-order items.


· Products ordered using the gift wrapping service.


· Products purchased outside of our online store


Regarding the burden of shipping charges for returns and exchanges

Unless there is a problem with the product or it is defective, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs for exchanges/returns (including products eligible for free shipping) and return shipping costs.

Please note that if the item is returned with cash on delivery, the amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

*If there is a problem with the product or it is defective, we will cover the shipping costs between the delivery address of the product and our address.
